Unstacking racks and molds
Supplying a demoulding line with empty cheese racks. A staggered stack of empty cheese racks is introduced into the unstacker. The empty cheese racks are unloaded one by one thus supplying the demoulding line. This equipment can automatically adapt to handle 4 different sizes of cheese rack and 3 different base stands. Throughput = 1 cheese rack every 8 seconds.
