Cheese turning line

In this turning line, cheese racks are individually unstacked, turned over, and the cheese is transferred to a new cheese rack. The previous cheese rack and the free draining mats are kept in the turner for use in the next cycle. After cheese racks have been turned, they are stacked and presented to the operator for placement in the maturation room. Throughput of approx. 400 cheese racks per hour.
