Cleaning of cheese racks or baskets
Custom-designed tunnel washer for stacked cheese racks (staggered or unstaggered). Automated collection of stacked cheese racks to clean after packaging at level 1, transfer via a goods lift to level 0 where the tunnel washer is installed. Seven succesive chambers enable efficient, fast cleaning of cheese racks (e.g. pre-wash, soda, acid, rinse). We also offer vats for cleaning stacks of cheese racks.
