Line for covering cheese with plastic wrap. Line is comprised of the depallettization of cheese wheels, separation of moulds and bottom plates, sending of cheese wheels to be covered with plastic wrap, sending the bottom plate to be cleaned and stacked, pallettization of wrapped cheese wheels and sending the storage rack to be cleaned.
