Unstacking cheese racks
High-speed stacking and unstaking of cheese racks. The cheese racks are unstacked (average of 1,200 cheese racks/hour), transferred for salting and then manually turned. Cheese racks are then restacked and presented to an operator who transfers them to a maturation room. We adapt the relevant proven technology according to the throughput and configuration required. Speeds of between 3 and 15 seconds per cheese rack. Management of supply by one or more stacks. Ability to unstack baskets, bins, cheese racks, or other material.
